I've worked over ten years in the field and was brought into the helping profession through my own struggles with anxiety and depression. It is my passion to help others and my purpose to be of service to the higher good.
In our time together, I bring my compassion and authentic engagement so you can explore and open up at a pace that feels right for you. I operate from an attachment oriented and interpersonal neurobiological approach and tend to have a compassionate and grounded coaching style- I believe firmly we all have what we need inside and oftentimes just need support to uncover our strengths. As trite as it may sound, I believe firmly in the mind, body, and spirit connection and we will work to take care of all of you in my practice.
It inspires me that growth and change continue through the entire life cycle, to our final days. I enjoy walking alongside clients struggling with the aging process, folks dealing with unhealthy or toxic relationships, people wanting to support their boundaries and self worth, and tender childhood wounds. I would love to meet with you and see if we are a good fit for one another!
